Policy for passengers traveling by bus on domestic routes. It provides coverage for any loss or damage or injury caused by an accident that occurred while travelling or inside the vehicle. The following details apply:

Exceptions
Policy for passengers traveling by bus on domestic routes. It provides coverage for any loss or damage or injury caused by an accident that occurred while travelling or inside the vehicle. The following details apply:

Age Limits for Insurance Coverage
Policy holders aged from 1 month up to 10 years and policy holders aged 70 years or more will receive 50% of claims for compensation benefits.

Limitation of Maximum liability
The the maximum total liability per accident is to 8,000,000 baht.

My insurance protection
The policy can not provide protection to in case the insured is anonymous or identification is incomplete. The identification needs to be issued by a government agency (such as identity card, driving license, government identification, passport).

Postponed and canceled trips (for refundable tickets).
1) insurance policy does not provide insurance protection if the insured postpones the trip.
2) Thairoute.com insurance is not refundable if the passenger cancels the trip (refundable ticket).
