Phan Fa Lilat is beside the Golden MOunt temple= Wat Sraket, fairly close by Khao Sarn road, but currently most of sidewalks are closed off for big renovation of the classic buildings.
It also used to be the case one had to change BOAt at PRATUnam pier-with much more modern boats on the west section and older-as described, east. Dont know if that is still the case.
